Walton County, Florida Real Estate Market Update | July 2019

Walton County’s real estate report for July shows a strong real estate market.

Months Supply of Inventory for Walton County was down a significant 8.1% compared to  the same month last year at 5.7 months for July 2019. Inventory was down 3% and the number of pending sales was up 31.5%.

Single family homes closed sales were up 2.8% for July 2019 compared to the same month last year.

Median sales price was up 8.7%.

Dollar volume increased 0.8% over last year at $184.5 Million.
