About Andy
After graduating from the University of Northern Colorado, Andy promptly entered the field of real estate and earned his license in 1990. He began his career with a prominent national firm and quickly became a top producing agent in a very competitive and “hot” real estate market. He has averaged over 50 sales per year since 1991, is a member of the prestigious RE/MAX Hall of Fame, and has received numerous other awards in the field of real estate. He became a Real Estate Broker in 1997 with RE/MAX, and co-founded the Beach Group in 2003 with the goal of providing an exclusive boutique firm for valued clients. Andy has been involved in numerous real estate partnerships and investments throughout his career, and is personally involved in many investment properties and developments on the Emerald Coast. Andy prides himself in personal client relationships and professional service. His vast knowledge and extensive experience is invaluable to his clients. Andy presently lives on the East end of 30-A with his wife, Michele, and 4 children, Ellie, Max, Finn and Lars.
